SalaryInterQuest are delighted to be working with a successful bank, they are looking for a Prudential Risk Manager to join their team in London (hybrid working available).
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Conduct day-to-day monitoring and second-line oversight of key Prudential Risk processes, including capital and liquidity forecasting, stress testing, and recovery planning.
- Ensure robust oversight of Treasury and Finance functions on Prudential Risk management topics, such as liquidity risk and capital risk.
- Support the development and implementation of Prudential Risk policies, identifying and addressing policy gaps and exceptions.
- Coordinate the delivery of internal assessments processes, ensuring alignment and appropriate risk challenge.
- Prepare and present Prudential Risk Management Information reports to Management & Board Committees.
- Analyse and report emerging trends and regulatory changes, providing impact assessments and proactive recommendations.
Experience and knowledge:
- Strong background in Risk Management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
- Previous experience in implementing risk management policies and procedures.
