Our client is a leading software provider to the publishing industry based in South West London and due to growth are looking for a Publisher Support Advisor to join their small and dynamic team!
As a Publisher Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for publishers, assisting them in their queries about the system to deliver the highest quality of customer service. Key responsibilities will include:
Getting to grips with the software in order to deliver the best-in-class customer service Answering customer queries promptly both via phone and email Provide training on the platform to existing customers and ensure they are seeing the best value from the platform Update support documentation for the platform as it is developedProvide feedback and suggestions for platform improvements based on customer insight
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and excellent administration skills; we are ideally looking for someone who has worked in an office environment before and worked on customer databases with fantastic communication skills, dealing with customers both over the phone and via email.
