On behalf of our long established client, a powder paint manufacturer based in East Belfast we are recruiting a Purchase Administrator.Hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4pm on Friday. This is a permanent post with a rate of pay ofaround £23,500 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience. The successful candidate will start immediately.
The main duties of this role will be to assist in sales and purchase order processing, interacting with customers, handling phone callsand emails, handling confidential information, processing invoices and credit notes, ordering stock and assisting with stocktakes.
What We Need From You:
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Educated to GCSE’s level to include Maths and English
- Flexible and willing to work as part of the team
