We are looking for a temp Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client based in the east end of Glasgow. You will be responsible for:
- Processing and costing invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing payment runs on a weekly basis and ensuring timely payments
- Dealing with queries from suppliers and site staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and payments
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
The pay rate for this role is £13 per hour and the job will be fully office based. The duration of the contract is 6 Months.
