We have a temping opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Zeals, Wiltshire. The assignment will last for around four weeks. The job is office based in a beautiful location, but you will need your own transport to get there.
What you will do as Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Match invoices to goods received.
- Process invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate coding and VAT rates.
- Investigate any variances with appropriate teams.
- Review GRNI and investigate queries.
- Maintain supplier details on ERP software.
- Reconcile account statements.
- Respond to email and phone calls.
Skills and experience
Relevant Purchase Ledger experience is essential for this job.
- Good understanding of ERP software and Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Working pattern
Hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The office is located in the pretty village of Zeals, close to the amenities of Mere and Gillingham and just off the A303. They have some office helpers so you must be comfortable with dogs.
