Nigel Wright are currently working with a County Durham based organisation seeking a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role is to cover 25 hours per week over 5 days
The Role
The main duties and responsiitbilities for the role are:
- Ensuring all Supplier invoices have a valid PO
- Inputting of supplier invoices onto Sage line 50
- Payroll (updating timesheet then input the information on to Sage Payroll)
- Issuing Payslips
- Update Payroll Journals weekly
- Input Cash Book Debtors/Creditors onto Sage line 50
- Input Monthly Journals onto Sage Line 50
The Person
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in Purchase Ledger role
- Knowledge and prior use of Sage Line 50 software
