Our client based in Leicester are on the look out for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small friendly team, are you self-motivated and confident in your Purchase Ledger skills? as we're looking for someone to join and run the Purchase Ledger ensuring all supplier invoices are paid in a timely fashion.
The Role:
• Matching, Batching, Coding Suppliers Invoices, Data Entry
• Query resolution
• Statement Reconcilations
• Getting invoices authorised and issuing payments to suppliers
• Assisting with month end
• Assisting with outgoing post and other adhoc offices work
Skills and experience:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts payable (ideally within a SME environment)
• Good ICT dkills
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external clients
