Responsibilities:
💡 Manage the company's Purchase Ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
💡 Oversee the processing of purchase invoices, credit notes, and expense claims.
💡 Monitor cash flow and assist with cash flow forecasting.
💡 Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
💡 Prepare payment runs and ensure timely settlement of invoices.
💡 Reconcile supplier statements and manage supplier accounts effectively.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
✔️ Proven experience in a similar Purchase Ledger or accounts payable role.
✔️ Familiarity with Sage 300 or similar accounting software.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
✔️ Excellent organisational and time management skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
🎓 A relevant accounting or finance qualification.
🔏 Experience in cash flow management and forecasting.
