Macildowie are working alongside a manufacturer for iron and steel based in Burton, who are now looking to expand their team due to the company going through a period of growth and expansion of sites!
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Hours: 8:30am 5:00pm, 5 days on site

Role and Responsibilities:

• Address incoming calls and emails promptly
• Maintain the system by updating order dates and verifying purchase orders
• Arrange paperwork and schedule meetings on the calendar
• Collaborate with suppliers and various departments for coordination
• Initiate orders for supplies and uniforms
• Participate in meetings and document minutes

The ideal candidate:

• Purchasing experience is NOT essential!
• Excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, and various computer systems
• Eager to support the purchasing team with administration
