We are looking for someone with experience in an administration role with excellent organisations skills. - Processing purchase orders and invoices and ensuring they are on time
- Support the purchasing department with placing orders for consumables
- Managing products and stock including returns
- Communicating and liaising with suppliers
- Assist Purchasing and Product Manager with admin and gathering of information
- Ensure ERP systems are kept updated
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience within a purchasing environment (Desirable)
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines
- Good IT skills
