Job description
As Supplier Performance Administrator for this global communications business, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Salesforce Supplier Relationship Management system. Working within the framework, strategy, and development roadmap to ensure that the developing business needs are implemented and managed on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate an understanding of the overall business.
* Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant stakeholders (internal / external).
* Support in the onboarding process for new suppliers ensuring internal SLAs are met or exceeded.
* Handle all administrative functions including supplier account maintenance, reports and dashboards and other routine tasks
* Maintain the Salesforce backlog
* Responsible for the validation of supplier accreditations in a timely manner.
* Manage the tracking, reporting and collection of supplier fees.
* Liaise with finance to ensure that supplier fees are accurately recording within the P&L.
* First point of escalation for supplier queries.
Key Skills:
* You must have five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* A good understanding of procurement processes and best practice.
* Ability to work independently and is self-directed with the ability to organize one's day to achieve goals
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other SRM software.
* Shows willingness to learn new procedures and techniques.
* Resilience - the ability to maintain effectiveness in the face of difficulties.
* Proven ability to demonstrate that you can positively adapt to changing circumstances and environments.
