Qa Compliance Lead

Walker Cole International is supporting a leading Contract Manufacturing business in the North-West looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Lead to support their growing Quality function. The main responsibilities of the position would involve leading compliance activities, managing the QMS, and being responsible for the team.

Your responsibilities as Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Lead will be to:

• Leading compliance activities to drive continuous improvement and achieve site objectives.
• Oversee the management the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Line management and coaching of direct reports
• Manage internal audit programme and perform internal audits
• Maintain regulatory licence approvals

The successful Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Lead will have:

• Significant Quality Assurance (QA) experience within pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Strong understanding of working with and managing a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Experience of line managing staff
