SalaryWe are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker within a Initial Response Team within the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structure and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers flexible working hours for working parents and has a supportive team culture with regular supervision on cases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team within Devon County Council.
Main duties include:
- Initial Assessments and Core Assessments
- Section 47 Investigations
- Contributing to the duty rota
- Initiating care proceedings
- Working in a multi-agency capacity to support families and children
- Initial child protection reports conference reports
- Single assessments
- Visits
- Good report writing skills
- Taking cases to icpcc
- Taking cases to first hearings completing SWETS care plans and viability assessments
Minimum Requirements:
- SWE Registration
- 1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
