Main Duties of the role:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance programs. Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery while adhering to accreditation requirements such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 55001, and 44001.Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards. Ensure overall adherence to ISO standards and applicable legislation, recommending regulatory actions for continuous improvement.
Develop and update policies and procedures to accommodate variations resulting from awarded contracts. Keep documentation accurate and up to date.
Manage pre-planned internal audits against documented processes and oversee the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process to completion.
Maintain accurate documentation on 3rd party Quality and Compliance activities. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies.
Provide training and guidance to team members on quality compliance, procedures, and processes.
Identify risks associated with the Quality Management System (QMS) and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the business, employees, and customers.
Assess compliance risks and requirements for the business's future ventures.
Lead external audits with 3rd parties and customers for your area of responsibility.
Remain up to date with regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control, both within and outside the company.
Assist or lead in the preparation of standard procedures, processes, forms, and templates.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Essential:
- Proven experience within the Quality Assurance sector with a vision and experience of implementing a best in class Quality Management System.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry s standards and regulations and familiar with leading 3rd party Auditors through compliance Audits
- Experience implementing effective change Management processes.
- Exceptional knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping alongside ability to demonstrate diligence in the review and writing of documents.
- Auditor qualification or associated qualification with desired experience either leading a team or working as part of a team.
Desirable:
- ISO 9001 Auditor course
- EAM Certificate or equivalent
- Professional Membership and accreditation
- IT design skills associated to Microsoft packages, SharePoint, and incorporated CAFM systems.
