SalaryWe have a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual with an interest in Quality and Continuous Improvement to join our Engineering team on a full-time permanent basis.
This role will offer full training and development over a defined period of 2 years, against set objectives, driving continuous improvement and quality across the operational areas of the business. This role would suit someone looking to progress and as such we are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, develop professionally and make a difference.
This role will focus on:
- Developing and leading in continuous improvement projects across operations.
- Developing project management skills to lead and implement projects.
- Liaising with global quality departments to share data and standards.
- Managing weekly / monthly reporting (People, Safety, Quality,Delivery, Cost)
- Leading and developing the Quality Department team.
Whilst we are happy to provide support and training in this role, we do need someone with strong communication skills, a solid educational background and experience of working in our operational areas.
