For the successful Quality Assurance Administrator, our client is offering:

• Competitive salary paying up to £30K Per Annum
• Hours of work 8.30 am – 5 pm Monday - Friday
• Permanent position
• Ongoing training and future development

The role – Quality Assurance Administrator.

• Development and integration of the business quality management system to deliver the best achievable quality and to take a proactive approach in resolving non-conforming issues, with customers and suppliers.
• Continuous improvement of the quality performance of the site to meet customer expectations.
• Implementing and ensuring the right data quality of relevant quality KPIs.
• Produce reports to be used by the business to monitor and improve quality performance.
• Regular interaction with customers to assess the quality performance and perceptions, leading the improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaison with customers to ensure that quality concerns are closed out through effective management of the customer's complaint process.
• Engagement with customers in quality review meetings.
• Participation with production in helping resolve product issues that impact on product quality or performance.

• Experience of working in a Quality Assurance position – ESSENTIAL
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Acts autonomously to continually improve all processes in the eyes of the customer.
• Problem Solver - be able to break down problems and to define solutions for improvements.
• Be able to act as a change agent and to challenge for improvements.
