TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting one of our close housing partners to appoint a Quality Assurance Management professional to assist the organisation in achieving their ambitious new build development programme.
Sat within the organisations development directorate, the Quality Assurance Management professional will support the wider technical team with all building control compliance as well as carrying out QTA training.
Additional duties will:
- Manage and update the organisations Quality Standard to facilitate high-quality cost-effective design, procurement and build outcomes, delivering improved efficiencies, high Customer Satisfaction and reduction in latent defects and avoidable costs.
- Create and embed manuals, guidance, processes, and ways of working to ensure consistency across the Quality team and to measure quality standards improvements.
- Develop and maintain expert, up-to-date knowledge of all house-building technologies, methods, MMC and materials.
