Quality Engineer Role: Make an Impact
You will play a key role in the order processing and delivery process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability across our order fulfillment processes. Your primary responsibilities include quality assurance and control, quality standard & process optimization, regulatory compliance and fulfillment. You will collaborate internally with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, and externally with suppliers' and customers' technical teams to develop, implement, and maintain robust quality systems and processes.
Responsibilities and Impact ️
- Develop and implement standardized processes and quality assurance procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in our order delivery and operation.
- Execute day-to-day quality control tasks, including verifying incoming images and fulfilling QA requests, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the order process
- Provide essential support to customer orders and projects, strategically placing QA tasks at key points in the order chain to ensure seamless order delivery and proactively minimizing the likelihood of issues arising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address day-to-day operational challenges and drive continuous improvement, as well as optimize automation and scalability within quality assurance practices
- Track and analyze quality assurance data to ensure process efficiency and improvement, while also leveraging insights to benefit other areas of the business
- Provide valuable feedback to Sales and Operations teams facilitating continuous improvement efforts and maintaining alignment with customer expectations and business objectives
Who We're Looking For ️ ️

- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in anticipating and addressing challenges
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently taking ownership and accountability for tasks and outcomes
