SalaryOur client is a national developer undertaking new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their head office in Northampton.
The position will report into the Commercial Manager.
You will oversee a couple small housing projects in Northampton. Both projects are traditional build.
This position is also offering hybrid working, 3 days in the office/site and 2 days from home.
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on housing developments (Traditional Build).
In return, our client is offering 55k - 60k + full package and bonus.
