R2R Project Lead

Your new role
A key project role, working with the Head of Record To Report to improve and develop all aspects of the R2R process. The role is part of a wider Transformation Project, including the implementation of SAP ERP solution. You will challenge and influence the design of the new SAP configuration and processes to ensure a highly controlled and efficient way of working. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with the R2R leadership team and project sponsors. You will support UAT test script writing and perform testing, reporting all issues through to resolution. This will involve collaborating with key internal and external partners to make sure any required process changes are successfully adopted. You will also ensure processes and controls are documented to guarantee a successful UK Sox audit.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, with extensive reporting experience, ideally in a shared services environment. You will be highly IT literate, with experience of large ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle. You will enjoy developing processes and controls and improving the utilisation of technology. You will have strong leadership, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Great communication skills, with the ability to translate complex language for a non-technical audience. A genuine team player, you will have good relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively. You will be available to start in the next four weeks and happy to commit to a fixed term contract of 12 months.
