Hyde New Homes is looking to recruit a Marketing Project Manager on a fixed term contract from April 2024 for 18 months.

As a Marketing Project Manager at Hyde New Homes, you will be working within the Sales and Development division to support the Marketing Manager with the development and timely delivery of a number of new residential schemes throughout London and the South East.

Responsibilities

• Devise marketing plans for the successful launch and sales of Hyde’s new build schemes whilst monitoring their progress and ensuring they are running within specified timelines and budgets.
• Devise and execute targeted media campaigns across both traditional and digital channels to ensure the successful launch of schemes, as well as planning and attending customer events to support sales throughout the marketing period.
• Effectively project manage the delivery of the creative requirements of the Hyde New homes on site sales and marketing activities, using a variety of third-party suppliers across marketing suites, show homes and signage creation.
• Brief written material for promotional purposes, including development brochures, point of sale, digital communications/social media, news releases and articles and oversee /proof copy from suppliers.
• Oversee and report on the maximisation of leads through the marketing of pipeline and post launch schemes.

Skills and experience required

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this role.
• Educated to degree level with marketing experience or holder of a marketing related qualification.
• Previous property marketing experience desirable, ideally within the new homes industry.
• Expert knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels and Microsoft Office Suit
