An ambitious, vibrant Top 50Law Firm are looking for a Real Estate Partner to join the growing Real Estate Team. Leading a varied client base and case loads covering high value commercial property matters across multiple industries - all high value and complex in nature.
The Real Estate Partner will continue to a grow their practice, but not limited to clients within the sector including fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses, the hospitality market, GP and dental practices, pharmacies, manufacturing companies, family businesses and professional services firms, as well as SME developers, portfolio Landlords, institutional and private investors, charities, lenders and landowners and businesses with substantial portfolios.
Real Estate Partners must have:
* A minimum of 8 years PQE with an established reputation in London with both clients and referrers.
* Experience building a caseload and forming excellent relationships both internally and externally.
* Technically capable across a wide range of Real Estate Matters.
* Experience in managing or mentoring.
