About The HEART Education Trust
The HEART Education Trust is a Norwich based trust, consisting of four Primary schools with approximately 1,000 pupils. The Trust is committed to improving the life-chances of children, encouraging pupils to challenge themselves and hold high aspirations in their academic learning, personal and social development. Our Trust academies aim to ensure that our pupils are well prepared to make the most of future opportunities as citizens within an ever-changing world. We believe in personal accountability, integrity, resilience, intellectual curiosity, courage and creativity. These are the values we instil in our pupils, and the values of the people we want to join our team. We want to attract employees with high expectations of themselves and others, with a passion for life-long learning, and who are intrinsically motivated by public service.
