We have an exciting opportunity to join a successful hedge fund on a 12-month Receptionist contract. With about 100 people in their London office, the company has a warm and social culture. The team of assistants are friendly and welcoming, so being people driven is key. Resilience and prioritisation are key for success in this role.
THE ROLE:
- Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
- Switchboard management
- Management of internal booking system
- Management of meeting rooms
- IT and AV assistance
- Management of refreshments and catering
- Working closely with housekeeping and facilities departments
- Ad hoc travel booking
- Ad hoc diary management
- AD support to HR
- Assisting with events
- Invoice management
