Hazelwood Care Home is looking to recruit a Receptionist.
A key element of the role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to develop good relationships with residents, employees and external professionals is essential.
You will be paid 11.02 per hour and contracted to 16-hours per week. This will include 1 weekend per month.
Responsibilities
To answer incoming telephone calls and route them accordingly or deal positively with any resulting enquiries.
To sort through incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
To respond positively to any face-to-face enquiries and help where possible to both visitors and clients.
To provide secretarial support, maintain records and provide updated resident information on a daily/weekly basis.
General filing and record maintenance.
Photocopying.
To work towards company policies and assist and contribute where possible.
Any other duties considered reasonable by the manager or proprietor.
As Receptionist, you will ensure the care homes high standards are always maintained and that each team member treats residents in the way that they would like to be treated.
