Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information about the company and its services to clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing documents and reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service-oriented mindset
