We are looking to recruit a highly organised and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Front of House Team. Within this role, you will welcome and deal with visitors, staff and students and provide a wide of range of administrative duties to support the reception team and the Assistant Principal. The ideal candidate will have a flexible and friendly manner along with exemplary customer service skills to deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a supportive and professional manner, whilst contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the reception area.

As this role is varied and fast-paced, you must be able to multitask, have good organisational and communication skills, whilst being able to work flexibly in a friendly and professional manner to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills. You will also have the confidence and ability to engage with visitors and students.

Hours of work will be full-time, 36.5 hours per week. The salary for this post is on the Colleges' Support staff pay scale, point 5, which currently is £22,312 FTE.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
