We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the desk of an extremely successful Asset Management company based in central London!  You will be the face of the company and as head Receptionist, your role will include welcoming HNW clients, managing meeting rooms and ensuring the office is always presentable.  This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, someone who likes getting stuck in and helping wherever needed.  This company has a strong team culture, they are offering a competitive salary and good benefits, and they are looking for a Receptionist who will become a part of their loyal team on a long term basis!

Duties:

• Meeting and greeting
• Ordering lunches / stock
• Managing meeting rooms
• Answering the company phone
• Assisting with company events
• Ensuring the office is presentable at all times

Requirements:

• Detail orientated
• Able to multitask
• Happy to help out wherever needed
