Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Handle inquiries from clients and employees

- Utilize computerized systems for tasks like word processing, spreadsheets, and email

Requirements:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other office software

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

- Prior experience in an administrative or office role is preferred

- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
