ZEN Healthcare is looking to hire a full time receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and direct them.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Organize clinic schedules and equipment.
- Assist with typing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Skills:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:.
- 2-4 years of experience preferred.
ROLE: Receptionist
Job Duties :
· Be customer-focused. and have an excellent command of English, be well presented with impeccable communication skills and phone manners
· Work on your initiative to come up with ideas to increase client base and retain customer base whilst providing excellent customer service
· Billing and maintaining patient records
· Greeting and welcoming visitors
· Scheduling Appointments
· Managing correspondence
· Carrying out requests from management as needed
· Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
· Answering emails and sorting post
· Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
· Managing website functions and social media
Desirable :
· Have experience in a private clinic with passion for sales in a high end customer focused business
· You have experience with patient booking software
· Good Knowledge of medical terminology
· A well presented, keen, friendly individual, excited to be working alongside a great team.
· Work on your initiative to come up with ideas to increase client base and retain customer base whilst providing excellent customer service.

Full-time MONDAY to FRIDAY 10AM-6:30PM
