Medical Secretary / Ea Private Practice

This very busy GP in a high profile Private Practice in Chelsea is looking for a professional and experienced Medical Secretary/EA to be based in the Chelsea office with occasional visits to Wigmore Street W1. The role will be 70% medical secretarial support and 30% private support so someone hands on, proactive who enjoys a busy and varied day is ideal.

Private Practice experience is preferred though PA/EA experience is a must alongside a top phone manner and a real connection to your work, able to deal with HNW individuals and major international families. A top eye for detail is essential, able to compose letters and emails without error and excellent follow up skills are required. An excellent eye for detail, energetic and proactive with a bright and helpful personality and good sense of humour. You will look after a very busy day for the Principal, running a changeable diary, making appointments for the clients and follow up with any email/letters needed.

Taking care of any outstanding matters that need attention. You will also cover some private support to include; private meetings and events, personal diary, travel & holidays, occasional errands and household support.
