As a Receptionist you will be the face of the company which is a luxury brand, you will ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Location: Hayes, Middlesex ( onsite parking)
Position Type: Full-time, On-site, core hours 9.00 -5.00 (flexibility is required as there may be times when an early start or a later finish is required)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role
- Experience in scheduling and organising metings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour
- Manage all incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as needed
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising documents
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including ordering supplies and catering
- Assist in maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Help with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
