My client are looking for a Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis.Responsibilities: - Managing check ins/outs- Being the first port of call for function and event enquiries- Answering guest queries by phone or email - Completing daily reports (breakfast/occupancy reports) - Communicating with the housekeeping department - Achieve company sales and occupancy targets - Manage daily room allocations and check unconfirmed bookings - Identifying and removing potential H&S hazards.You will have: - Relevant experience in a similar role - Confident IT knowledge - Outlook/Excel/Office etc- High level of spoken/written English and strong communication skills- Extremely high attention to detail & ability to work under pressure.If this sounds like the role for you - APPLY TODAY!For more information please contact Brook Street on !
