The Role
The Support Engineer will provide support at an excellent standard throughout the company. Hybrid remote in Abingdon, you will get the opportunity to work across a wide range of hardware and software, troubleshooting issues across all types of devices.

What s Required?
Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful Support Engineers technical experience and abilities will include:
Solid experience with desktop hardware, including upgrades and troubleshooting
Windows experience, ideally with installation and troubleshooting
An excellent team player and an eagerness to learn
Experience supporting Microsoft Office
