Location: Clifton
Hours: 32.5hrs per week - Varied Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
Pay: £11.44 rising.
Are you someone with good people skills, clear communication, strong customer service skills and an empathetic and friendly approach? Are you looking to work for an established NHS trust? You will be working as part of the reception team dealing with patient questions and queries and dealing with a high volume of calls and emails. Based in Clifton, Bristol with P/T hours between 18.5 hours – 27 hours per week and full time hours at 32.5 hours per week and a starting pay rate off £11.44 increasing after probation and a years’ service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with general patient requirements.
- Responding to patients face to face and via email and phone.
- Checking-in and directing patients on arrival at the surgery.
- Administrative duties.
- Registering new patients and temporary residents.

- Resilience due to high volume of calls and emails.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- Empathetic and proactive.
- Cope well under pressure.
- Quick learner.
