SalaryReceptionist needed in Filton for Easter !
My Client based in Filton Bristol and are looking for a Receptionist to work full time hours from the 27thMarch to 1st April
Pay rate £10.50
Duties include:
* To attend calls
* Reception of visits (clients, suppliers, etc.)
* Organise the meeting room
* Reception and management of the administrative documentation
* To manage the office logistics (office material, requests, etc.)
* Administrative tasks in several organisms (presentation, delivering, collect documents)
Skills and experience:
* UK native, preferably with basic Spanish
* Proactive and problem-solver with autonomy
* Preferably with experience in documents presentation for public organisms
