Form of workJuice is delighted to be working with a well-known and prestigious client who requires an experienced Receptionist to join them on a temporary assignment for 4 - 6 weeks.
You Will Be:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and recording telephone/reception enquiries promptly and efficiently using Microsoft Teams
- Logging visitors records
- Providing refreshments to visitors when required
- Assisting with administration duties
- Distribution of post/paperwork
- Oversee cleaning standards
You Will Have:
- Experience working within a receptionist role in a professional services environment
- Experience in undertaking general admin duties i.e. scanning, filing, photocopying etc
- Experience in dealing with telephone-based enquiries and utilising a switchboard
- Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise
- Customer service focused
- Prepared to undertake ancillary duties
Be available to start on the 1st or 4th March
Duration: 4 weeks with possible extension
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.30 with 1 hour for lunch (37.5 hrs per week)
Location: Central Bristol
