We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide holiday cover, including weekend shifts. This temporary role is ideal for someone who excels at customer service and enjoys a front-of-house position where they can welcome visitors and provide exceptional support.
Day-to-day of the role:- Greet visitors upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed on site.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Provide refreshments for customers and ensure a comfortable waiting area.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Handle various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Ensure all visitors adhere to the site’s health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional and courteous demeanour.
- Competency in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the holiday cover schedule.
