You will be working on a fixed 3 week rolling rota as follows:

• Week 1 = 3 days; 18 hours (exclusive of breaks for all shifts)
• Week 2 = 4 days; 24 hours
• Week 3 = 5 days; 34 hours

(which equates to £14.63 per hour).

Example Rota:

Week 1 Rota: (3days)

• TUESDAY 2-9
• WEDNESDAY 7-2
• FRIDAY 3-9

Week 2 Rota: (4days)

• MONDAY 3-9
• TUESDAY 8-3
• THURSDAY 2-9
• FRIDAY 7-2

Week 3 Rota: (5days)

• MONDAY 8-3
• WEDNESDAY 2-9
• THURSDAY 7-2
• SATURDAY 8-5
• SUNDAY 12-9

Rota requires weekend, early mornings, evenings and bank holiday work. Opportunities for overtime exist and are required to cover the rota.

About You:

• You must be organised, efficient and proactive.
• Warm and friendly, natural smile.
• Good communicator, bubbly enthusiastic, positive.
• Socially polished.
• Clear speaking voice.
• Literate and numerate; excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literate.
• Experience of reception work; telephone systems and shift work.
• Ability to multi task.
• Service orientated.
• Career receptionist (desirable).
• Interested in sports (desirable).
• No restrictions to working in the UK.
