We are looking for an experienced receptionist or someone with customer services experience to work in a busy professional environment.
The role includes both telephone and face-to-face contact.
You should have good IT skills, be a competent multitasker with good communication skills, whilst understanding the importance of the security procedures that need to be adhered to.
The role is working in a Secure Unit, there are high levels of security in place & a number of policies that must be adhered in relation to Confidentiality and H&S.
- Standard shift pattern will be Tues to Fri : 09.00 - 2.00 + Saturday 10 - 4. A degree of flexibility around working hours is essential, as reception is open 7 days a week and changes or additional hours may be necessary occasionally.
