Wilson Recruitment are recruiting for a receptionist for a highly regarded financial and auditing organisation in Birmingham. The contract is temp to perm for the right candidate. Immediate start after a sucesfull interview. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients so the client is looking for an individual who is polite with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manning the main reception
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Booking conference rooms
- Transferring calls on the switch board
- Organising letters and packages
- Dealing with any requests
- Answering emails
- Any other reception duties
Monday to Friday contract
Core working hours are between 08.00 - 18.00
Previous receptionist experience will be an advantage but it is not necessary. Also if you worked in hospitality trade and would like to change your hours of work, please apply.
