Job Title: GP Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Demonstrate proficiency in EMIS, DOCMAN, Word, Excel.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards at all times

Pay: Up to £11.42 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
