Your role
As a Receptionist at Group 1 Automotive, you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.
What you will be doing?
- Provide full reception support, including meeting and professionally greeting clients and employees.
- Answer the telephone and directing all enquiries to a relevant specialist.
- Complete general administration duties, such as email management and customer enquiry management.
- Complete other ad hoc tasks for the dealership.
- You should be comfortable dealing with members of the public and have a passion for exceptional customer service.
