Arbury Medical Centre is looking for a Patient Services Advisor to join our friendly, dedicated team to work 26.25 hours a week.
The role is patient facing with high volume contact over the telephone or in person at our front desk dealing with a range of patient queries.
The work is based on a rota, the shifts being a mixture of Morning 07.45/08.00-13.15 and Afternoon 13.15/13.30-18.30 or 13.30-18.45. Flexibility is essential as the successful applicant will be required to provide cover for colleague absence/holiday.
Candidates with experience of working within the NHS is advantageous, however a background in customer services, call centre or office work is expected as a minimum. All applicants must have a good command of the English language, written and spoken, good IT/keyboard skills, with a high level of accuracy and be able to remain resilient within a very busy, high pressured work environment.
