About the clinic:
We are a professional and growing private physiotherapy practice in the centre of Rugby. We pride ourselves on our high standard of care and offering rapid access to our services, and have a superb reputation in Rugby and the surrounding area. Our team is small, friendly and supportive of each other and strives to provide a first class service.
Our clinic is spacious and bright, with an onsite Pilates studio, rehabilitation gym and four clinic rooms. We also have a large staff room/kitchen with refreshments provided.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include to:
-Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties, including responding to emails
- Assist with maintaining a well presented clinic
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of reception and administration ideally in a clinical environment. You will have superb communication and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a colleague with a friendly and personable demeanour, who can be empathetic to people in pain and great at putting people at ease.
The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks whilst remaining outwardly calm and friendly is essential.
You will need to demonstrate
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently using own initiative; be reliable and accountable
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with Xero is a plus as is experience in using practice management software.
