Full-Time Receptionist position

*MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE*

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable individual to join our team in a permanent position.

Duties include:

• Checking guests in and out of the hotel in a friendly, professional manner
• Answering phones and operating a busy switchboard
• Creating and amending reservations on Opera (full Opera experience preferred but not essential as full training will provided)
• Understanding IHG Rewards Programme & enrolling guests to become members (enrolment incentives available throughout the year) |
• Responding to e-mails in a timely manner
• General admin tasks (basic IT skills)

Full time staff will be provided with training, free parking, uniform, meals, discounts in our restaurant, bar and café, Global IHG room discounts (after completion of probation period) and opportunities to progress within the company.

Although experience is desired an open, bubbly and enthusiastic personality is a must!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour
