```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer applications such as QuickBooks and Google Suite, and have strong organizational abilities.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications such as QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette
