This will involve:
- Looking after both on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft infrastructure.
- Overseeing VMware environments and ensure their efficiency and stability.
- Implementing and managing networking technologies.
- Utilising security technologies to safeguard their systems and data.
- Oversee backup solutions to protect critical data. Provide third-line support for escalated infrastructure issues.
- Staying updated on the latest technologies and recommending improvements to enhance infrastructure performance.
You will need experience with:
- The full Microsoft 365 stack
- Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune
- VMware
- Networking technologies
- Security technologies
