About the team
The Corporate Systems team in Worldpay is responsible for the design, build and operation of the digital workplace environment serving Worldpay colleagues globally. This includes physical, virtual and cloud desktop platforms, our corporate apps store and software deployment , collaboration platforms and messaging, Active Directory, Intune, mobile and end-user support services. The team is relentlessly focused on delivering a great experience to clients, driving innovation, value and simplicity in all the services we deliver.
What you will be doing
Management of application intake, assessment and deployment processes across multiple platforms managed within the Corporate Systems team.
Partnership with other cross-functional team on review/approval process
Management of test, UAT and release cycles across platforms in accordance with change management standards
Creation, documentation and maintenance of processes, standards and communications
Work with partner teams on EOL software and vulnerability remediation activities
Analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities.
Re-engineers processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
Writes test plans and test cases to ensure changes which are made to the application meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained.
Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness and acceptance tests.
May mentor, guide, advise and/or check the work of less experienced Business Systems Analysts.
Considers business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
