Business Systems Analyst - Insurance / Policy Admin - City, London
Our Client, a global Lloyd's of London Insurance Broker is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. Previous experience working in the Lloyd's of London / London Market is essential, as well as exposure to policy administration systems.
This role is working on average 4 days per week in offices in the City of London
The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with colleagues within the Group IT function and Business teams to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:-
- Gathering business requirements and liaising between business and IT
- Collaborate closely with Stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging information systems to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and actions related to Business Systems, overseeing their completion within specified timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Business Systems into ongoing projects
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Business Systems projects from initiation to completion
- Generate comprehensive monthly reports detailing the progress of active projects. Highlight key milestones achieved, potential risks identified, and upcoming project activities
Role requirements:-
- Must have recent experience working in the Lloyd's of London / London Market as ESSENTIAL
- Must have exposure to policy admin systems
- Proven experience taking ownership of Business Systems related projects and seeing them to completion. You must be able to provide clear evidence of effective Stakeholder management and excellent cross-functional communication
